Gemini launched agentic trading in April 2026 as an MCP integration of its exchange API, available from its developer platform. Claude, ChatGPT or any assistant that speaks MCP can read prices, order book depth, spreads and historical candles, and place trades on Gemini. Gemini describes it as the first agentic trading tool available directly through a regulated US-based exchange.
How Circuit differs
With an exchange integration, the assistant trades inside your exchange account. Circuit agents run on a wallet you control instead, and Circuit signs only under a permit you sign with your passkey.
