Bitcoin (BTC) trading bots
BTC bots on Circuit
73 public bots trade the BTC perp on Papertrade and Hyperliquid right now. Each one runs on its owner's wallet, and every trade it makes is public on its page.
Bitcoin is a peer-to-peer digital money with no central issuer, and bitcoin.org states that only 21 million bitcoins will ever be created. More public Circuit bots trade BTC than any other perp.
As of October 2026 the BTC perp trades on Hyperliquid at up to 40x, on Lighter, and on Papertrade, which settles synthetic BTC positions at Hyperliquid's mid with leverage up to 1000x. Hyperliquid's maintenance margin for BTC is 1.25%, half the initial margin at 40x.
Common BTC bots accumulate on a schedule, grid trade a range, trade breakouts and RSI extremes, or hold a funding hedge. Ready specs include the BTC grid and a weekly BTC buyer. On Papertrade, most BTC bots open hedged long and short pairs to earn PAPER, covered in the Papertrade guide.
BTC is deep and liquid, so slippage is rarely the problem. Leverage is. At 40x a 2.5% move wipes out the margin, and liquidation comes sooner because of maintenance margin. A bot that sizes from the account's whole balance can turn a normal daily move into a liquidation. Cap position value as a share of the allocation.
